A mediated settlement conference typically involves 3-4 hours (half day) or 7-8 hours (full day). A three hour half day session costs $600.  An eight hour full day session costs $1,600. 

Mediations with self-represented people often are a half day, and often involve more than one session depending on the degree of preparation by the parties and type of issues to resolve.  I assist in projecting the necessary amount of time.  Generally, the better prepared both parties are, emotionally and otherwise, the less time it takes.
