To schedule a mediation or arbitration, call or email me.  You will provide information about:

¨ What type of service you want: mediation, settlement conference, arbitration

¨ The names of the involved parties, so any conflicts of interest can be checked.

¨ Nature of case, such as divorce, parenting plan problem.

¨ Contact information for the involved parties: phone number, email, mail address.

¨ Brief summary of dispute to be resolved, only for the purpose of assessing how much time should be scheduled.  Limited information is taken at this time. 

¨ Whether there are any reasons why mediation may not be appropriate, such as domestic violence between the parties. 

Once both parties agree to the mediation or arbitration and the expected amount of time and fees, a written confirmation for the scheduled session will be issued and payment will be made.   

I provide services to parties represented by lawyers and to those without a lawyer.  Cost varies depending on the nature of the case and length of time involved.
